Responsibilities:
- Deliver growth targets for Organization across geographies, customer segments, and products
- Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
- Establish Organization as the leading partner for all top builders among the real estate property portals; capture maximum share of wallet
- Build a high energy and high-performance sales team across all target markets
- Setup best-in-class sales processes from pipeline to proposal and order to cash
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
- Understand category-specific landscapes and trends
- Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts
Requirements:
- Candidate to have 15+ years of experience in sales/business development in the real estate domain
- MBA from a reputed university
- Experience of leading a large sales team
- History of driving growth in a new business or start-up environment
- Good understanding of the Real estate
- Established relationships with large and small/medium builders
- Excellent communication skills, an attitude to get things done and willingness to work in a high-growth environment
- Excellent Relationship Management skills
- Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
- Proven ability to position products against competitors
- Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated, and achievable solutions
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
