The Head of Luxury Sales in Real Estate is responsible for leading the luxury property sales strategy, driving revenue, and managing relationships with high-net-worth clients. This role requires extensive experience in the luxury market, a deep understanding of premium property sales, and excellent negotiation skills. The individual will collaborate closely with senior leadership to create and execute strategies that position the company as a leader in luxury real estate.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Sales Planning:

- Develop and implement the luxury sales strategy to drive high-end property sales and meet revenue targets.

- Identify emerging trends in the luxury real estate market and adapt the sales approach to maintain competitive positioning.

- Establish sales goals, KPIs, and action plans aligned with the company's objectives and growth targets.

Client Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, investors, and potential luxury clients.

- Understand client needs, provide tailored property solutions, and ensure a seamless, personalized sales experience.

- Host exclusive events and property showings to cultivate relationships with prospective buyers.

Sales Team Leadership:

- Lead, motivate, and manage the luxury sales team, providing training, mentorship, and performance evaluations.

- Set team performance targets, monitor progress, and implement strategies to optimize productivity and drive sales success.

- Collaborate with marketing, customer experience, and operations teams to ensure a cohesive approach to client service.

Market Analysis & Business Development:

- Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify luxury sales opportunities, target demographics, and competitive landscapes.

- Explore new partnerships, affiliations, and networks to expand reach and drive sales in the luxury real estate segment.

- Develop a pipeline of qualified leads through strategic partnerships and collaborations with luxury brands and brokers.

Negotiations and Closing Deals:

- Lead high-stakes negotiations with clients, investors, and stakeholders to achieve favorable outcomes and maximize profits.

- Prepare and review sales agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.

- Work with legal and finance teams to structure deals in alignment with company goals and legal requirements.

Marketing Collaboration:

- Partner with the marketing team to design and implement high-impact marketing strategies for luxury properties.

- Develop promotional materials, digital content, and events that appeal to luxury clientele.

- Utilize digital and traditional media to increase brand visibility within the luxury segment.

Reporting & Performance Analysis:

- Track, analyze, and report sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing actionable insights.

- Regularly update senior management on luxury sales metrics, client feedback, and market trends.

- Adjust sales strategies based on performance data and market shifts to achieve or exceed sales targets.
