Sales Head (Real Estate )


Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business goals.

- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to maximize their potential and foster a high performance culture.

- Oversee the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout.

- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.

- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to adjust sales strategies accordingly.

- Review and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, agents, and industry stakeholders.

- Participate in negotiations for high-value deals and contracts.

- Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for senior management.

- Contribute to the development of pricing strategies and product offerings based on market feedback.

- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

- Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards in all sales activities.

- Lead by example, demonstrating professionalism and integrity in all interactions.

- Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the sales team.

- Monitor and manage sales budgets and forecasts effectively.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field MBA preferred.

- Proven experience (10+ years) in real estate sales, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.

- Demonstrated success in leading and developing high-performing sales teams in a competitive market.

- Comprehensive understanding of the real estate landscape in Mumbai, including market dynamics, property types, and customer preferences.

- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.

- Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve performance.

- Strategic thinking and the ability to develop and execute sales plans aligned with business goals.

- In-depth knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements in real estate sales and transactions.

- Proficiency in sales management software, CRM systems, and MS Office suite.

- Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining a positive and motivational attitude.

- Strong business acumen and financial management skills.

- Proven ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve common objectives.

- Professional certifications in sales or real estate management are a plus.
