About Domestic Prime Brokerage Business :
Derivatives Clearing :
- Third Party clearing across all exchanges and all segments
Funding products :
- Loan against shares (LAS), Loans against commodities (LAC), Custodial based funding, IPO funding, Special Sit funding(Open offers, De listing etc.
Prime Broker for Domestic institutions :
- ALFs, PMS, Wealth mgmt firms, (offer them custody, clearing, Research and trading platform)
Cross Selling :
- Other products like structured products, Funds, IE platform etc
Job Purpose :
- Leading the sales initiative for Domestic prime Brokerage business-managing pan India sales and product team (Team management, new hiring, developing new products, revamping existing offering etc)
- Extensive relationship management with clients (pan India)-exchange brokers, domestic institutions (ALFs, PMS, wealth management firms, wealth advisors etc
- Remuneration is not a constraint for the right candidate
