JOB SPECIFICATION :

Position: Head Sales - India

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Reporting to: Managing Director

JOB OBJECTIVE & SUMMARY : 

Head-Domestic Sales will maintain the relationship with existing customers and complete their needs in fantastic manner also make new clients aggressively for expand their business and revenue. The person should have leadership, team management, self-motivation, and ambition, Hunger for growth, deep networking ability, confidence, enthusiasm and adaptability qualities.

KEY JOB DUTIES : 

- Driving profitable topline from India and Neighboring countries

- New customer's Development and expand the business growth

- Manage and build a high performance team

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Functional Requirements:

Bachelor of Engineering & Masters in Management from reputed institutes with a minimum of 10 - 15 years- experience in relevant Industries. (Preferred: Vision Inspection Products/Industrial Imaging products)

- Must have managed a team of 15-20 people

- Should have connect with key decision makers in pharmaceutical sectors

- Zeal for develop new customers in aggressive manner

Personal characteristics : 

- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to influence & negotiate; communications and public speaking skills.

- Excellent team management, client interaction and engagement skills with timely status and issue escalation reporting.

- Possess a strategic awareness and a strong customer orientation with a passion for delivering value to customers.

- Should have experience in product delivery and management skills while managing multiple stakeholders, people management, capacity planning, risk analysis and mitigation skills.

- Strong in inter and intra-personal skills, conflict and detailed issue resolution skills.

- Have excellent team building skills and orientation to managing and developing high quality talent within the organization.

- Creating and maintaining an atmosphere in which employees willingly produce at maximum capacity.

- Acting as a coach and develops team members by articulating key expectations, identifying strengths and providing support to maximize performance.

- Build transparency in operations and an organization culture of trust and mutual respect.

- The incumbent should come with high energy levels, analytical ability, strong interpersonal skills and self-assuring presence.

- Possess high level of ethical values and not resort to short-cuts.

- Should be strong in technical documentation.
