- Competent and result oriented professional with exposure across Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Distribution, Retail & Profit Center Operations.
- Assessing the changing market environs with an insight into the domains of market research, customer relationship management and business development; capable of establishing new milestones through evolved managerial skills.
- Expertise in planning and implementing various strategies to achieve business goals aimed towards the growth in business volumes as well as profitability while analyzing the competitor's strategies and steering brand building operations .
- Establishing the distribution network of direct Dealers, Retailers, with the focus on speedy increase in new network resulting in deeper market penetration and reach while enhancing distribution with tremendous increase in visibility across all the branches and territories .Also direct working with Corporate, Builders, big contractors, Architects, and ensuring product specifications/ approvals and to achieve set business targets as a separate business line.
- Executing effective measures to reduce overall cost including scheme cost, operational expenses and all other kind of expenses to enhance profitability and revenue generation
- Accountable for supply chain management... Making of product wise annual sales plan for the region responsible for stocks management and co-ordination from all factory heads for timely supplies of desired goods in all the branches of the region.
