Key Responsibilities:
Sales Process and Product Compliance:
- Ensure rigorous compliance with sales processes and product standards.
- Co-own and execute strategies to ensure product compliance with industry regulations.
Market Share Ownership:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to co-own and deliver market share targets.
- Monitor and analyze overall Week-over-Week (WoW) market share performance.
Wastage Optimization:
- Drive initiatives to achieve optimal wastage numbers in collaboration with relevant teams.
- Implement measures to minimize downstream wastage in operations.
Asset Sanctity:
- Oversee and ensure the sanctity of assets involved in sales operations.
- Implement and enforce protocols to safeguard company assets.
Process and Product Compliance Rates:
- Establish and monitor process compliance rates.
- Evaluate and enhance product compliance rates through continuous improvement initiatives.
Operational Excellence:
- Implement best practices for efficient and effective sales operations.
Qualifications:
Experience: Proven background in process and business excellence, preferably from a consulting background.
Industry Exposure: Strong experience in operations-intensive industries such as Logistics, FoodTech, Ridesharing, or E-commerce.
Knowledge: Working knowledge of Tamil is essential, given the focus on Tamil Nadu markets in the next 12 months.
Execution Skills: Pure ops and execution-focused individuals with a track record of delivering result
