- Experienced/Proficient in Sales planning and operations

- Create and manage effective processes around sales operations

- Create process/systems for effective management of sales tools/BDGMS

- CRM management

- Target planning and allocation

- Managing EBITDA numbers and Gross margins

- Creating structure/process for alliances/third party order management

- 3-5 years numbers and revenue planning

- Creating performance metrics and highlighting deviations

- Co-coordinating sales reviews and their effectiveness

- Headcount planning

- Productivity planning

- Sales induction management
