Qualifications: Any Graduate, Agricultural / Science Graduate with MBA preferred.
Experience: 12-14 yrs in Experience in Sales/Operations preferable with 4-5 years from Urban Pest Management Industry (Service /Product) handling P&L.
Job Role:
- The position focuses on heading the Integrated Pest Mgt Business.
- This position will focus on Business development, developing new and existing key and other accounts in the territory & Create Demand and understand need of customers
- The Head IPM has to work on Sales Development in various sectors within the organization, Achieve Sales numbers/collections, Create Sustainable Customer Satisfaction, develop new and existing key and other accounts in the territory & accountable to deliver business objectives for the territory & manage Receivables.
Job Responsibilities:
- Drive top line sales growth
- Deliver bottom line profitability targets by focusing on price increases and product mix optimization
- Deliver working capital targets for the business by focusing on:
1 Collection of accounts receivables on time
2 Timely collection of C Forms
3 Sales forecasting process
4 Reduction of aged inventory
- Will be responsible for market analysis, drawing business proposition, establishing business & service partners and carry product demonstrations.
- Managing the distribution system in the territory.
- Maintain and develop all profitable accounts by continuously offering key profitable technologies and products.
- Ensure overall customer retention level and territory value.
- Increase sales through penetration of full line of product and system solution offering pest management systems to existing customers; recommending profitable product solutions.
- Increase sales through new account sales and penetrate target market sectors by introducing new value-added systems by identifying prospects, scheduling sales calls and successfully closing the sale; meeting new account sales goals.
- Educate and train customers on proper handling of chemicals and care of equipment; reinforce safe use of products at customer accounts
- Leading & monitoring the performance of the employees, to ensure efficiency in operations & meeting of individual & group targets
- Monitoring the analyze performance on KRAs of each individual/departments on a quarterly basis.
- Executing annual appraisals of the staff, KRA Linked to performance appraisals.
- Support the team & sustain a positive work environment that fosters team performance. Ability to Mentor, train, guides & motivates the team involved in various activities in the Department
