- Head the entire sales & operations for South (Karnataka,Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh & Telangana) for a leading Healthcare Giant.

Client Details

My client is one of the biggest & known player in health care industry. Their products/devices are used quite extensively across major healthcare providers in India as well as globally. As a part of their expansion plans further, they are looking at hiring a dynamic professional to manage "Sales & Operations" for South region based out of Bangalore/Chennai.

Description

Your key responsibilities would be below:

- Work towards regional profitability through close monitoring of gross margin relative index

- Build strong business relationships with key industry players whilst achieving sales goals and growth across allocated territories

- Provide solutions for customers and add value to the sales process through negotiations, resulting in winning business/orders and positive customer experience

- Develop & execute go to market strategy

- Accelerate the growth of retail market

- Devise and implement sales strategy, dealer management strategy, development plan, sales forecasts to ensure yearly objectives are met

- Provide solutions for customers and add value to the sales process by executing local BTL activities

- Lead the team to achieve set target and increase market share percentage

Profile

The candidates should come with below experience:

- Min 10+ years of experience in working with Consumer Health care/FMCG/Medical Devices/Diagnostics/Hospitals clients.

- Should have handled sales & operations for South region

- MBA from a Tier 1 college
