We have the following position with a leading Cruise Marketing Company of India representing worlds largest Cruise Liner in the Indian Market for the last more than 2 decades.  Position : Head Sales Operations  KRAs :   - Head a centralised team of high end Cruise Counsellors at Delhi HO (Currently 10 nos., increasing to 25). Counsellors handle all leads from channels (Travel Agents) & try and convert these calls to sales. Also handle customer escalations from Ultra HNI's - who's who of India. Customer Service calls 30% & Sales 70%  - Manage Productivity & Quality of the team  Candidate Profile :   - 10+ years in Sales Operations in a non related but similar role like in Private Banking, AMC's etc  - NOT FROM BPO OR HOTEL BACKGROUND  - Team Management  - Quality Mgmt.  Interested candidates please apply online.
