Work Experience - 6-8 Yrs
- Should have managed 3-4 associates team.
- 8+ years of total exp.
- 3 years of exp in Sales ops.
- Manage a team of sales ops analyst
- Sales analyst of different business lines report to Sales ops lead
- Tech, B2B Sales Ops. SAAS, Media background preferred.
Responsibilities :
- Serve as a partner to Sales Heads to develop/ improve GTM strategy and enhance sales team productivity
- Setup data infrastructure and lead analytical activities such as sales planning/ target setting, incentive management and quota setting, business reviews
- Lead deployment and enhancements to CRM system including integrations, workflow planning
- Develop and manage customer segmentation and pricing strategies, team planning against segments
- Conceptualize and execute special projects to enhance sales productivity and drive growth
- Setup infrastructure and collateral for sales enablement such as hiring, onboarding, and training. Drive adoption for the same
- Set up deal desk to ensure sales contract compliance
