Head Sales – India , based in Gurgaon
Our client is a leading US MNC and we are looking for a professional and having a extensive experience in sales.
The role entails
- Leads the B2C Sales;
- Lead the Launch of new OEM Sales;
- Directs Sales strategy on product positioning, market penetration and pricing.
- Lead Sales First implementation to ensure delivery of best in class (flagship) level sales professionalism
- To lead manage and develop B2C Direct and Indirect Sales Team
- Develops, communicates and implements the strategic direction of the sales B2C.
- Regularly leads important regional initiatives. Has accountability for the function.
Ideal Candidate
- Minimum 14 years in sales Managerial role, with depth of experience in commercial retail Market;
- Candidates must have a track record demonstrating success, the ability to achieve results. The successful candidate will be someone with strategic vision, ability to articulate, develop and implement the strategy to a new level.
