About the role:
- Responsible for leading the FastForward Sales workforce of 200 + associates, which includes the Telesales team based out of Noida and the branch sales team spread across India.
- The incumbent would be part of the leadership team of our FastForward Business, reporting to the Senior VP.
- He/she will need to work closely with the Product Development teams to delivery high quality solutions to customers and ensure achievement of revenue targets.
Key Responsibility Areas:
- Providing strategic leadership to the Sales team and ensuring achievement of the revenue targets of Naukri jobseeker services.
- Developing strategic sales plans through in-depth analysis of data trends.
- Driving sales numbers by ensuring high coverage and conversion of lead processes.
- Building, developing and motivating the team towards achieving business deliverables.
- Ensuring accomplishment of business objectives with optimal productivity in terms of market share and profitability.
- Collaborating with other departments like Product Development, Operations, Resume Writing, Human Resources etc.
- Taking proactive measures to map customer needs to best adapt products/ services
Desired Candidate Profile:
- The ideal candidate would be an MBA with 12-16 years of experience. Atleast 4-6 years of experience should have been in B2C Sales.
- The incumbent must have exposure to quality sales systems & processes in order to effectively manage a growing sales force.
- Encourage partnerships with key stakeholders and build personal networks across the organization.
- Establish stretch goals for the team and effectively coach teams to develop expertise and deliver results.
- Communicate in a high impact manner that is engaging and influences the audience.
- Have a risk taking capacity and bias for action.
- Innovative and find ways to change the system so new and creative ideas can be implemented.
