About the Role:
The candidate should have an experience in developing & executing sales strategies & plans to achieve revenue targets. Build & maintain key accounts, make effective pricing policies & grow customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Building & Managing the team, zone wise to manage key accounts.
Develop and monitor sales objectives on monthly/ quarterly and annual basis for the team.
Exploring business potential, opportunities & clientele to secure profitable business volumes and designing & implementing marketing plans for augmenting the business volume by enhancing brand visibility, engagement & recall.
Maintain relationships and establish a strong rapport with all the key accounts for ensuring overall pipeline & revenue growth.
Develop sales and marketing plans for MT and drive team for achievement and growth.
Set Processes & Systems in place.
Ensure proper usage of the brand and promotional elements and measure effectiveness of consumer activations with the help of Marketing team for execution of the activations/launch.
Maintain the organisation's standards and guidelines with respect to Quality, distribution, visibility, promotion, price, and persuasion at the account
