We are looking for suitable candidates for the following position with an esteemed client of ours.
Client : A leading Mobile Handset player
Role : Sales Head
Distribution Management:
- Define distribution principals & guidelines to be adhered across circles for all businesses
- Drive continuous improvement in operations for optimum utilization of resources: productivity, penetration - depth & width, channel strength, site utilization
- NAC allocation to regions on various product lines to combat competition and gain share,for all products
- Area wise target setting and monitoring
- Channel Dimensioning / Management
- Segregation of business in various buckets basis characteristics- SRO, MT & Alliances,
- Monitoring distribution KPIs across business verticals- Market Force Engagement & Hygiene
- Engaging market forces at various levels through national engagement programs run from time to time
- Maintain channel health and satisfaction by timely claim settlement
- Implementation of strategies and SOPs defined above at the circle level
- Customization of budgets and schemes to suit the circle level dynamics to counter competition
- Regular sharing of performance trackers with all stake holders
- Distribution KPIs monitoring and expansion across zones
- Regular review of circle performance and action planning
- Cross functional process streamlining for smooth circle operations
- Looping of other functions for any new initiatives
Location : Bangalore /Kolkatta
Desired Profile
The candidate should :
a. Be a passout from Tier 1 MBA institute
b. Have atleast 10 years experience into FMCG Sales.
c. Have an in depth understanding of FMCG Sales distribution.
d. Should have good people management skills.
