Head of Sales - MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions)
We are currently looking to fill a Head of Sales - MICE (Luxury Hotels) position with the topmost luxury hotel chain in India. The position is to be based in Mumbai or in Delhi NCR.

Job Profile:
- Managing a team of MICE specialist - Proactive team members across India
- This team of 18 - 20 managers will report to the MICE head directly and not into RSO's
- Responsible for the overall MICE goal allocated to this team
- Drive MICE & Weddings from B2B portfolio allocated pan India
- Prepare annual strategy and budget plans for review and provide timely updates on progress
Skillset Required:
- Proven customer and sales focus
- Fluent verbal and written English communication skills
- Minimum 10 years' experience in a sales or management function in Hotels / convention centre
- Experience in selling MICE business across metros and relationships with key customers across cities and segments
- Leadership experience across large teams
Role Requirements :
a. Education/Qualification: Post-graduate in Business Management or Hotel Management
b. Experience: 12 to 18 years of relevant experience in Hotels, Hospitality, and Luxury brands
Salary: Around Rs.40.0 LPA, although not a limiting factor
Location: Mumbai/ Delhi NCR
