We have an immediate and a very exciting opportunity from one of our clients in India. Our client is an established and fast growing Medical Devices Organization in India. To support their rapid growth they are looking to hire a Head of Sales at the earliest. The incumbent will be responsible for Pan India sales, creating sales strategy, hiring the team, ensuring performance, training the team etc
To qualify for this position you should:
- Be an MBA (Sales & Marketing) or similar
- Have 14+ years of experience in the Medical Devices or Pharma industry
- Have experience in creating & executing a result oriented sales strategy
- Have exp in managing a large field force
- Be a grounded personality and manage to connect with all levels of employees
- Have exp in analyzing & identifying a market, business forecasting etc
- Have exp in annual budgeting, product management, product pricing etc
- Have exp in business expansion, process formulation, problem identification & resolution, etc
- Possess good communication & decision making skills
- Be ready to relocate to Bangalore
