Roles and Responsibilities:
As the Sales Head, your main job is to guide and grow the sales team that focuses on selling subscription services to big companies. You'll be responsible for creating strategies to attract new clients, especially those in industries like broadcasting, digital and creative agencies, OTT platforms and large brands.
Here's what you'll be doing day-to-day:
- Develop Sales Strategies: You'll create detailed plans on how to approach and win over potential clients. This includes figuring out the best ways to reach them and how to present the service in a way that meets their needs.
- Build and Maintain Relationships: Once a company is interested, it's your job to make sure they're satisfied. You'll work closely with them to ensure they continue to see the value in the service and remain long-term clients.
- Lead the Sales Team: You'll manage and guide a team of sales professionals, helping them to achieve their targets. This includes setting up processes that make the sales journey smooth, from finding potential clients to closing deals.
- Use Sales Tools: You'll use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM software like Salesforce to find leads, track your progress, and manage your client interactions.
Based in Mumbai: You need to be in Mumbai or willing to move there, as that's where the primary office is located.
