- Should have managed IP's and brought new properties onboard.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the media, sports and entertainment landscape.

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for sponsorship and talent management services.

- Continuously explore new revenue streams and business opportunities within the sports industry.

- Monitor market trends, conduct competitor analysis, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

- Analyse sales performance data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of sponsorship
