- The client is into selling Wellness @work as a product and service to organizations. They address three specific areas to improve performance - Spatial Wellness ( which emerges due to geospatial stresses in offices and factories), Digital well-being ( due to the use of digital devices), and personal well-being ( due to stress, health issues, etc). They have over 200 clients already as their customers and most business is repeat.
- Scale up the client base and own the responsibility with an entrepreneurial mindset with limited resources today. Build a Sales organization as business scales.
Candidate's Requirements:
1. Sales and Marketing expertise specially the use of Digital Marketing to generate leads.
2. Experience in B2B selling and closure of sales. If the candidate has sold services through CHRO, it will be an added advantage
3. Concept selling experience is preferred
4. Should have a strong entrepreneurial mindset to scale up rapidly.
5. Age 45+
