Etegrity collaborates closely with clients, to better understand their hardest-to-fill talent needs, beyond just job descriptions. We simultaneously help identify, nurture and persuade those ideal, passive candidates, to explore exciting new career opportunities. All this is done by leveraging our data analytics skills, our technology expertise and by combining these with old school grit, tenacity and work ethic.


Growth has led us to open a subsidiary in India, and we are now looking to build out our Indian team.


What's the Opportunity:


As one of the first members of this team, you will work closely with the Founder in shaping strategy, driving business development, ensuring outstanding service delivery, and growing & managing the P&L. You are an expert at understanding a client's real needs, and at providing quality, cost effective solutions across the Talent Acquisition and Sourcing spectrum. Strong relationship management, be it with the client or candidate, is second nature to you, as is integrity and a drive for excellence.


What You will do:


- Drive revenue growth through research. Identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services or new ways of reaching existing markets.


- Partner with the operations and research team in the design and execution of creative, talent sourcing solutions for clients and help deliver service levels, that match or exceed SLA's and KPIs, and delight clients.


- Think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting goals and objectives that will help develop and drive business.


- Maintain knowledge and awareness of competitor service platforms/offerings and communicate details to Executives and Stakeholders.


- Build relationships with customers, suppliers, distributors, partners and vendors.


- Expand the profile and reach of the company and its brand. Conduct webinars and presentations to raise the brand or product profile.


- Lead sales, marketing, customer-service, and customer success teams.


- Track emerging markets and trends.


- Travel to client locations, regional offices and other locations.


What You will need :


- At least 10 years of proven success, in B2B sales, as a Sales or Business Development Head/Manager, ideally in the Indian Staffing and Recruiting Industry or the Talent Sourcing space, with strong results orientation.


- Engineering Degree or MBA Marketing from a top tier/renowned institute


- Excellent organizational and planning skills, with the ability to "juggle" priorities effectively in a high volume, fast-paced service environment., where change is the only constant, and flexibility is the key to success


- Deep understanding of recruitment metrics, reporting standards, SLAs, etc, as these relate to the talent acquisition/sourcing and recruitment business.


- Exceptional stakeholder management experience, preferably also with those working globally.


- High volume recruitment/staffing sales experience, preferably in the IT, Banking and Financial Services, Consulting or Medical industries


- Strong communication skills that facilitate clear, concise and persuasive communications with clients, internal teams, stakeholders and in large group settings.


- Ability to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures.


- Energy, confidence, discretion, maturity, passion, tact, entrepreneurial spirit and interpersonal sensitivity
