Reporting to: Chief Executive

Preferred Age: 45-50 Years

Educational Qualification: BE / B. Tech (Civil / Structural) and MBA (Marketing)

No of Years- Experience: 20-25 Years

Position Location: Mumbai

Position Description:

- To oversee the entire Marketing and transaction function of Commercial and Office Space & residential segment of the Project. This would consist of Sale/ Lease of Commercial and Office Space as well as sale of residential space. To oversee senior managers and managers working on commercial space marketing engagements within project.

- Responsible for planning, development and implementation of all of the company's marketing and sales strategies for commercial space, communications, and public relations activities, both external and internal.. To direct the efforts of the marketing of commercial space, communications and public relations staff and coordinate at the strategic and tactical levels with the other functions of the company.

- To assess the demand of products and services in the Real estate sector in the micro and macro market and accordingly plan the positioning of products and services offered by the company.

- To set and achieve both financial and non-financial targets in the marketing domain. To lead and motivate the retail marketing vertical to maximize efficiency and profitability of the company.

- To liaison with the internal and external agencies and ensure articulation of Company's desired image and position, to agencies both internal and external.

- Ensure that the Company regularly conducts relevant market research and coordinate and oversee this activity and monitor market trends.

- Responsible for the achievement of marketing/communications/public relations mission, goals and financial objectives. Ensure that evaluation systems are in place related to these goals and objectives and report progress to the Board.

- Develop short- and long-term plans and budgets for the marketing/communications/ public relations program and its activities, monitor progress, assure adherence and evaluate performance.
