Our Client is a US$ 3 billion Indian multi-business conglomerate group with interests in financial services, healthcare and insurance. The group carved out a separate holding company for the it's real estate, packaging, labeling and lamination films and new ventures division. The holding company is a publicly listed entity that manages the groups interests in Manufacturing(Speciality Films), Real Estate, Education and a inhouse VC fund to invest in early stage technology based startups across identified sunrise sectors.

The real estate vertical has already raised Rs. 770 crores through equity and is set to invest about Rs 1,500 crore over the next three years to build a portfolio of office spaces. The company is completing its first commercial project of 5 lakh square feet in Noida and is redeveloping an existing office property in the heart of Delhi with 1 lakh square feet of office space.

As the Head - Sales & Marketing, you will be responsible to develop business and negotiate the selling, leasing, and marketing of commercial real estate properties.

What you will do :

- Developing and implementing strategic marketing plans and sales plans and forecasting to achieve corporate objectives for Commercial / Residential Projects

- Developing and managing sales/marketing operating budgets

- Planning and overseeing advertising and promotion activities including print, online, electronic media, and direct mail

- Developing and recommending product positioning, and pricing strategy to grow market share

- Ensuring effective control of marketing results, and taking corrective action to guarantee that achievement of marketing objectives falls within designated budgets

- Securing new and expanded business opportunities through prospecting, networking, relationship building, and leasing the current projects

- Providing tenants with pertinent information on leasing availability, current market conditions, and property values

- Accompanying prospective customers to property sites to discuss property features, leasing rates, and terms

- Compiling property data for customers, such as tenant surveys, summary reports, maps, status updates, and presentations

- Preparing Request for Proposals (RFP) and reviewing RFP responses

- Analysing data and preparing real estate reports on average asking rents, tenants in the market, historical data, and market comparisons

- Gathering and coordinating materials necessary for deal closure such as LOI, leases, and sales agreements

- Preparing offers, term sheets, and lease amendments

- Maintaining current knowledge of market conditions, property values, and legislation that may affect the real estate industry

- Drafting correspondence to existing and prospective clients

- Gathering, preparing, and distributing marketing materials

- Engaging in local business community and charitable events, as well as industry and professional associations for the purpose of creating new contacts and generating new business

- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date information in company databases and managing other duties that may be assigned

- Providing supervision to individual employees within a work unit and/or group

- Providing informal assistance such as technical guidance, and/or training to co-workers

- Coordinating and assigning tasks to co-workers within a work unit and/or project

Candidate Profile :

- Graduate Degree Holder and Post Graduate in Sales & Marketing required

- At least 15 years of experience is required with minimum of 10 years in Real Estate (Residential & Commercial both)

- Prior Supervisory Management experience preferred

- Should have knowledge of financial terms and principles

- Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and/or commissions and conduct basic financial analysis

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong organizational and analytical skills

- Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers

- Ability to effectively present information
