Head - Sales & Marketing - P&L Role - Healthcare/Pharma

Post Graduates from Premier Institutes with excellent written and verbal communication skills having experience in Pharma or Healthcare industry :

- Should be willing to take responsibility or experience in P&L role

- Understanding of Marketing nuances

- Capability of starting from beginning and build on

- Understanding of doctors & Pharmaceutical industry

- Experience of Innovator molecules will be a big plus

- Lead strategic planning and annual budgeting;

- Prepare marketing budget and business plan

- Set targets & strategically explore new business opportunities

- Develop action plans to review & track the progress and result of the marketing strategy

- Ensure sales team uses and implements the marketing strategy to its full potential
