Designation- Head - OTC Fabric(Woven & Shirting)

Location: Kolkata

Reporting to President

Must be 15-20 years of experience in shirting & Woven OTC fabric sales & business development

KRAs

- Continue to grow the business at a CAGR of 14%-15%, and double the EBIDTA by FY16 with a ROCE of 36% against the growing competition from organised & un-organised sector.

- To increase the reach directly to the consumers across India by expanding the current network of 4000 Multi Brand Outlets & 135 Exclusive Brand Outlets. Challenge is to appoint new dealers while keeping intact the current distributor network.

- To continuously benchmark quality with the best in the world and strive for the same with the help of European Consultants & market information.

- Challenge is to continuously enrich Product mix through New Product / Design Development for expanding the customer base and profitable growth.

- To keep the robust sales team structure enthusiastic to deal with the ambitious growth challenges.

- Head - OTC Sales: To plan and achieve the sales & collection target set for sales in OTC segment for profitable growth by continuously providing customer's feedback for new product and market development & better service. To attend and settle customer complaints for earning customer's delight. Ensure timely production & dispatches across OTC through regular co-ordination with production planning & sales team.

- Sr. Manager (B&R Head) - To plan & achieve the sales & collection target set for domestic brands and to promote for increasing the share of Garment's percentage in their product portfolio. To interact closely with the customers customer's for new product and market development and better service. To attend and settle customer complaints

Marketing Head:

- Officer (Customer Services) - To co-ordinate invoice, dispatch order, packing etc related matters, to ensure timely dispatch of the fabrics.

- Officer (Accounts) - To process claims, accounts reconciliation related matters and getting the balance confirmations from the buyers. etc.
