Head - Sales & Marketing - Online Products & Services - Financials Services/Securities

Job Purpose :

- Grow market share by developing product and sales strategies for online Products & Services.

- Design / enhance Kotak Securities products as per changing customer needs and market trends.

Key Deliverables :

- Review product specifications and requirements, evaluate new product ideas.

- Assess market competition by comparing the company's products to competitors' products.

- Determine product pricing

- Prepare short-term and long-term product sales forecasts and special reports and analyses.

Job Requirements :

Qualifications :

- Graduate + Full time MBA from Tier 1 / Tier 2 Institutes

- 10 - 14 Years of overall experience in sales and marketing in Financials Services domain (minimum 3 years experience in online product marketing is MUST)
