A Luxury Boutique Hospitality firm is foraying into Managed Hospitality. The firm intends to source and manage a portfolio of hand selected lux properties on a Pan India basis. These select properties will be marketed exclusively on their state-of-the-art digital platform.
To this end, the firm is looking to recruit professionals looking to work in a young dynamic enterprise that is technology first.
Responsibilities: - Build a winning culture with enthusiastic leadership and the ability to communicate and connect with all levels of personnel
- Support development of the sales vision and implementation of strategy to exceed customer experience targets and revenue goals
- Drive the overall performance of the B2B & B2C sales organization: service levels, revenue generation, customer satisfaction, profit
- Effectively lead and manage a sales team of 25+ and partner effectively with other site operations teams including workforce management, training, and recruiting
- Provide a voice of the customer feedback loop to the business
- Partner with Operations, Marketing and other functions to drive innovation customer experience and sales channels
- Develop a cohesive approach to Sales & Marketing for our niche hospitality product ranges
- Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of the company's business activities using a "Digital First" approach.
- Recruit and operationalize an inhouse digital marketing team while liaising with marketing agencies for strategic advice as necessary.
- Be responsible for all Digital Asset creation from minor projects like Logos to major projects like Website and App design.
- Lead the Digital marketing effort for brand awareness and lead generation projects.
- Supervise the marketing department and provide direct guidance and feedback to other marketing professionals.
- Produce ideas for promotional events or activities and organize them efficiently.
- Plan and execute campaigns for corporate promotion, launching of new product lines etc.
- Monitor progress and submit performance reports,
- Responsible for producing valuable content for the company's online presence, editorial design and organizing the company's publications.
- Conduct general market research to keep abreast of trends and competitor's marketing movements.
- Control budgets and allocate resources amongst projects.
