Job Profile
Designation: Sales and Marketing Head, Jewelry (India and International market)
Role Description: Responsible for driving sales revenues of the Jewelry division in assigned markets.
Reports to: Jewelry CEO.
Coordinates with: Functional heads of Sourcing, PD, Mfg, HR, IT and Supply Chain.
Key Responsibilities:
Should have an exposure to handle International market. (US Market exposure is preferred)
1) Undertake competitor analysis and create the sales strategy based on competitor activity in the market.
2) Develop market-level sales plans for each assigned SO and set targets for all Sales Offices in line with overall organization targets.
3) Ensure alignment of sales team structure in those offices.
4) Timely communication of sales performance to CEO.
5) Develop of ensure adherence to sales, sales inventory and pricing / discounting policies.
6) Creation and implementation of marketing strategy for the Jewelry division – for each SO and at a centralized firm-level.
7) Ensure functional coordination with all functional interfaces.
8) Protect the interests of & ensure welfare of all employees.
Key Deliverables:
1) Sales strategy, marketing plans and SO-wise business plans – AOP and monthly targets and tracking.
2) Adherence to sales and marketing plans and achievement of targets.
3) Adherence to sales and marketing budgets.
4) Alignment with supply chain to maintain optimum sales inventory levels across the system (HO and all Sales offices).
Knowledge and skills required:
Experience: Respected and experienced professional with experience of driving sales in multiple geographical Markets.
- Minimum of 15 -20 years of experience in leading sales teams and delivering aggressive growth.
- Knowledge and skills: In depth understanding of sales and Key Account Management processes / tools.
- Ability to motivate, lead & empower others to achieve the sales targets.
- Strong communication skills and consensus building capability.

Key Account focus – ability to build platform for sustainable sales growth.
Candidate Profile
Must Have:
1) Candidate should have handled Bigger portfolios
2) International Market exposure is must. (US Market exposure is an added advantage)
3) Exposure to B2B Market
Nice to have:
1) Ideally should be from relevant industry background.
2) Should have handled Luxury segment.
