Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and seasoned Sales Head to spearhead our sales initiatives within the Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO) sector. As the Sales Head, you will drive revenue growth through strategic planning, business development, client relationship management, and effective team leadership. This pivotal role demands in-depth knowledge of the KPO / BPO industry, exceptional communication abilities, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet revenue targets and expand our client base in the KPO sector.

- Identify emerging market opportunities and industry trends to capitalize on growth potential.

- Collaborate with senior management to establish realistic sales goals aligned with organizational strategy.

Business Development:

- Lead the business development team in prospecting, qualifying, and acquiring new clients.

- Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in target organizations.

Client Relationship Management:

- Act as the primary point of contact for major client accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.

- Address client concerns promptly and escalate issues as necessary to ensure timely resolution.

- Nurture long-term client relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.

Sales Team Leadership:

- Lead the sales & business development team by setting example

- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team capable of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

- Define clear performance objectives for team members and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.

- Foster a collaborative and results-oriented culture within the sales team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.

- Proven track record as a Sales Head or in a senior sales role within the KPO or BPO industry.

- 10+ years experience in international sales in US / UK / Canada/ Australian market.

- Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and achieving revenue goals.

- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

- Experience in managing and leading high-performing sales teams.

- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
