Job Description:

Role :- Head - Sales and Marketing

Industry :- IT Software Services/Solutions

Location :- Mumbai

Experience:- 8 - 16 Years

Salary :- 15L - 18L

Education: - MBA or Equivalent from Top Institutes

Role Purpose - Software Solution Sales

1. Setting up Marketing/Sales teams and processes

2. Developing Marketing/Sales plans focussed on Indian Market

3. Spearheading sales of ERP Package across India

4. Setting Sales and Marketing strategies both long term and short term

5. Targeting clients from real estate and construction industry

Key Activities

1. Owning and delivering against a target set across different regions

2. Conceptualising Go-To-Market strategies for ERP Product

3. Setting up a team of sales personnel

4. Creating brand awareness through events and seminars, online strategies, PR initiatives, tele-marketing
etc.

5. Planning, managing and executing marketing campaigns including advertising, promotions and email blasts in each of the regions so that leads are generated for the sales team.

6. Pipeline Generation

7. Marketing and driving sales

8. Creating a network of OEMs and channel partners in different regions of India5. Targeting clients from real estate and construction industry
