- Heading Sales and Marketing for Motor Insurance business for Maruti Suzuki Customers in India.
- Managing Sales through a large network of more 1000 sales touch points Pan India through a Sales team spread across Four Zones.
- Cascading Sales target to Zones and Regions and defining action plans to achieve Sales Target.
- Devising Sales Strategies for effective market penetration and the highest customer retention through Channel Partners and to optimise revenue.
- Periodic Review with Channel Partners & Insurance Cos.
- Periodic Performance Review with Sales Team to address gaps and to track the performance of the business.
- Monitoring business share at Dealership / City / Region.
- Conceptualizing and implementing a robust mechanism for business performance tracking and reporting.
- Ensure the highest customer satisfaction with a view to lower Customer Complaints, thereby winning customers for longer period.
- Conducting market analysis to understand competition pertaining to Auto Insurance Business and accordingly formulate strategies to tackle the same effectively.
- Strategizing and formulation of various market activities to increase brand awareness among customers, thereby increasing customer penetration.
- Identifying & developing new streams for long-term revenue growth
- Tapping new markets and coordinating with business partners to penetrate these segments, thereby expanding business & generating income.
Essential: B.Tech, Graduation + Regular MBA
Desirable: Desired 60% marks throughout education.
