The Role: As the Head of Sales & Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our company. Reporting to the Founder Promoter/ Chef/ Director, you will be responsible for overseeing a team across multiple locations. Your primary focus will be on HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant, and Catering) sales and marketing.

What We're Looking For:

- A graduate, preferably with an MBA in Marketing.

- 12-20 years of experience in B2B sales and marketing, showcasing your expertise.

- A critical understanding of HORECA and a valuable network within this segment.

- Proven experience in the food processing industry, particularly in the frozen segment.

- Previous experience in managing and leading a team of at least 4-5 individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Market Intelligence and database construction.

- Planning and budgeting of sales territories and team members.

- Demand forecasting and coordination with the production team.

- Logistics planning and coordination.

- Control of marketing and sales costs.

- Distributor evaluation and appointment, along with document sharing.

- Monitoring the profitability of territorial and stockist operations.

- Collection of secondary sales data from stockists/distributors.

- Designing incentive systems based on qualitative and quantitative goals.

Recruitment, team management, and sales training.
