Our client is a startup in healthcare services.

We have been retained to hire a Regional Sales & Marketing Head

The Role:

- Its a dual role to head the sales & marketing function for the region and handle the regional operations.

- Activate sales & marketing strategies

- Segment identification, Target Setting and achievement of sales targets.

- Team Management

The Person:

- Must be a Premier institute Pass out (preferably an IIM alumnus)

- 4-5 years of experience in sales & marketing (health care industry would be a big plus)

- Willingness and enthusiasm to work in a start-up and climb the ladder.

- Must have an entrepreneurial instinct.

- Currently drawing a salary of 25-30 lacs p/a
