Job Purpose:

This is a critical role within the organisation, with responsibility to devise, plan and implement a marketing strategy that increases audiences and maximizes sales, including a robust communication & PR plan to build brand awareness for Qi Spine Clinic- India’s first chain of specialty spine clinics

Job Responsibilities:

Drive customer walk-ins/ acquisition for the Qi Spine Clinic chain of clinics

Direct –to-customer marketing through:

- Mass marketing activities- PR, Print media, etc

- Online Marketing- website enhancement, PPC advertisement,

- CRM initiatives

Corporates and other organizational customers:

- Ensuring development of alliances with corporate customers institutions (schools/ colleges) and clubs to conduct Employee Wellness Programs designed and delivered by the Clinical Team

- Designing and conducting Spine Health-checks, corporate treatment program, postural/ergonomic workshops etc

- Driving corporate employees/other org. members to seek treatment at Qi Spine Clinic through awareness building and wellness programs as outlined above

Driving Doctor Referrals/Trade Marketing (through dedicated team):

- Identifying, targeting and building relationships with key doctors

- Organizing events to create awareness about Qi Spine among doctors

- Designing innovative strategies to increase walk-ins through doctor referrals

Communication Management:

- Work closely with creative and media agencies to develop and implement the marketing plans, to position Qi Spine Clinic as India’s preferred destination for diagnosis & treatment of back pain

Customer Relation Management:

- Designing and implementing a strategy to ensure customer loyalty and increasing referrals

- Designing and executing the CRM process at Qi Spine Clinics and Qi Gym aimed at ensuring high customer satisfaction

- Organising mystery audits to capture consumer feedback & ensure excellent customer service

Customer Experience:

- Devising and executing a strategy to drive excellent customer experience throughout the journey

Systems & Processes:

- Designing and implementing systems and processes- marketing MIS, RoI analyses etc- required to track and increase performance

Keeping track of competitor activities to ensure a marketing edge

Previous Experience:

- Minimum 8 years experience in handling the marketing function at a leadership level

- Must have had atleast 3 years experience in decision making and developing annual marketing plans and budgets

- Experience in handling the P&L of a business will be preferred

- Preferably headed the marketing function for a Hospital or an organization into medical/ health services

- Should have done B2B marketing

Qualifications : MBA in Marketing

- Must possess strong insight into consumer behavior & high levels of customer service orientation

- Must be result oriented with a go-getter approach and an eye for ROI

- Requires strong interpersonal skills to drive execution across levels in the organization

- Must be able to use available resources optimally

- Must be innovative
