Sales & Marketing Head - FMCG

- We are currently working with a renowned FMCG organization They have a business of 1700 CR FMCG foods company with profits in excess of 100 cr. This company is the market leader against large companies in the East region. Currently, 70-80% of business is coming from East India.

- They are looking for a person with entrepreneurial passion and drive to help them build sales and distribution networks for General Trade and Modern Trade as Sales & Marketing Head

- This role will report to the founder.

- They are looking forward to professionals who are keen to put their skin in the game and will work around wealth creation for him.

- This role will have annual objectives and long-term objectives.

- Career path can be COO and CEO - they are keen to build a profitable sustainable business with all health and hygiene aspects of a good quality professional organization with solid sustainable distribution infrastructure systems - a process that can be the foundation for the next level of growth.

- Have experience working in FMCG who had experience working in Sales General Trade and Modern Trade and have handled Mid Senior Management roles and moved to an entrepreneur stint currently looking for meaning full & challenging engagement with corporate Organizations where they can lead and Develop New Business.

Qualifications & Experience : MBA/PGDM from a Premier B School Minimum 10 years of Sales experience in the FMCG / Food/ Consumer Goods industry.
