Job Description - An opportunity to lead the Sales & Marketing team of a young FMCG company in Personal Care category
Client Details :
- Juicy Chemistry was co-founded by Pritesh & Megha Asher in 2014, with a goal to provide effective skin care products formulated with the purest and the most nutrient rich ingredients the nature has to offer.
- By digging deep into Nature and its methods of renewal and rejuvenation, Juicy Chemistry's products were formulated. The intensive research into essential oils and traditional skincare ingredients forms the foundation of the products. They are all formulated with absolutely no chemicals or preservatives.
- The company currently operated in domestic market based out of Coimbatore and sells primarily through Online. They are looking for an individual to drive the growth of the company across Online, Offline and International markets.
Description :
Reporting to the Founder, this position will be responsible for:
- Be an integral part of leadership team to drive the accurate strategy for expansion of the company
- Optimise strategies with E-commerce companies to achieve a high degree of sell through
- Work on the omni-channel strategy for the company
- Manage the brand strategy across categories
This is a brief description of what the role is required to achieve.
Profile :
- You will be a highly motivated and driven individual with previous experience in handling personal category sales through online channels. Additionally, you will possess:
- A good knowledge of brand building and social media marketing
- The ability to build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- You will possess a strong business acumen accompanied by a B School degree and should have minimum 5 years experience in E-Commerce sales.
