P&L Head - CPD Division - Traditional Trade, Modern Trade & E Commerce (B2B & B2C)
Brands: Own Brands & Partner Brands
Profile:
- Overall sales distribution & marketing experience of around 20 to 25 years
- Should have independently handled senior sales & marketing positions i.e. P&L responsibility for atleast one business division in the FMCG industry for at least 5 to 6 yrs with the sales & marketing teams reporting into this position
- Should have working knowledge of all the channels of distribution - General Trade, Modern Trade, Own Retail, E Commerce, Institutional etc
- Should have a proven channel development & sales growth (topline & bottomline) track record in his/her previous organizations
- Should have worked in multiple markets/ regions as a part of his/ her sales role i.e. Should have a complete insight of Indian markets - geography, sales trends, culture etc
- Strong understanding of Route to Market, Go to Market, Marketing & Trade Marketing Strategies
- Brand Building & Brand Development experience is a must
- Strong Financial & Business Acumen
- Should be strong in research methodologies & business analytic
- Experience with handling sales related process automation tools would be an added advantage
- SAP User Knowledge is a must
- MBA in sales & marketing from a premium institute, additional certifications if any would be an added advantage
