Job Description :
- Responsible for Profitability targets for the region.
- Heading all sales channels like distribution, modern trade, direct sales, telesales, retail, SME & Enterprise.
- Execute Branding & Communication Strategies to maximize reach.
- Devise Budgeting strategies and ensure cost efficiency in sales & marketing spends.
- Understanding the customer and market dynamics to enhance revenue and company's Brand.
- Develop over all sales & marketing strategy for the region
- Set sales targets for all sales Function
- Develop Customer service Strategy, customer communication & plan customer life cycle management
- Scout for planning and developing new business and revenue streams
- Responsible for increasing visibility and effectiveness of the brand and products
- Conduct quarterly, half-yearly and yearly sales planning exercises
- Ensure process adherence, reporting and regulatory compliance in all operations\
- Plan human resource deployment and development for Sales & marketing function along with HR head
- Identify development areas, and recommend relevant training programs / interventions
- Achieve& maintain leadership brand salience in the region
- Ensure and achieve smooth Operations Process and reduce Customer Churn
Desired Candidate :
- 13 - 20 yrs of experience in Sales & Marketing Function on a regional level.
- Currently handling a leadership role.
- Proven track record in leading sales and Marketing initiatives across varied channels
- Responsible for delivering Profitable revenue across all sales channels, for all products
- Experience in managing multiple channels (distribution, modern trade, telesales, retail, direct sales and SME / Enterprise) and Brand & Communications.
- Understanding and ability to manager & drive high growth,
- Powerful influencer & effective relationship manager.
- Provide strategic directions to the Middle & Senior management
- Develop leadership and program management capability for the downline.
