Expectations

- Responsible for driving D2C sales

- Responsible for collection reconciliation.

- Responsible for coordinating with creative team, listing team, marketing team and work with them closely to originate, and deliver outstanding marketing communications across multiple channels (social, digital, experiential, advertising and more) PAN India.

- Responsible for Driving strategic campaign development as well as manage tactical day-to-day campaign deliverables, using insights and customer intelligence to execute end-to-end campaigns

- Work closely with product management team to launch new and exclusive Products and combinations to improve sales run rate consistently.

- Collaborate cross functionally to ensure all teams are informed of up and coming activity.

Experience Required:

- Consumer facing experience in D2C space, should be handling Sales along with an understanding of digital Marketing, preferably in consumer electronics, telecoms, FMCG.

- Ability to create compelling consumer facing communications.

- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, able to navigate within complex organization structures and influence

- Excellent coordination, networking & communication skills both for internal & external

- Able to thrive in high pressure work environments
