Head - Sales & Marketing, Domestic Market - Pharma


Core Responsibility:

- Developing & implementing domestic sales & marketing plans and strategies to achieve sales objectives. Identifying new business opportunities at the domestic level

- Establishing the Company & its products in the domestic market (India)

- Team Management

- Secondary responsibility

- Looking after new & existing domestic business and grow it to the next level

- Facilitating all business activities e.g. marketing research, vendor registration at pharma customers stocking, logistics, sales, tendering, payments, after-sales support, etc.

- Designate strategies and business models for direct customers (mainly) & Channel Partners

- Design various innovative marketing strategies to increase sales for all product launches and services

- Manage a team of sales & marketing employees and help them grow the business & their career at the organization

- Train & motivate the Field Force, joint customer visits with the field marketing team, Participate in pharma & analytical exhibitions and events across the country
