Job Description:
- The Key performance indicators would be Sales order booking, Enhanced product qualifications with customers, Geographical spread and Brand visibility, in line with plan
- Defining Strategic business plan with minimum 3 years look ahead in terms of business opportunities across industries, segment, Geographies and product profiles.
- Data analytics on market share, Customer segmentation, trends region wise and product wise, and use these as useful insights to strategy building.
- Effective Customer relationship management
- Guide and mentor the team of sales and marketing team towards excellence
- Approve Techno commercial terms on proposals to customers in line with the company guidelines.
- Make monthly order booking plans across regions and create action plan to achieve monthly sales target, both for exports and domestic business.
- Lead business development activities in terms of New customer qualifications, New product qualifications, New enlistment into vendor list, approval into the project vendor list and all other necessary approvals to garner focused business.
- Lead the Techno commercial Negotiations for high win rate to ensure required growth and profitability.
- Manage promotional activities effectively. Good PR, social media presence, Exhibitions and other means to promote our Brand for better visibility on a global platform.
- Responsible for relevant P&L line items.
- Effective team management through regular performance reviews, Identifying T&D needs, succession planning, Guidance and motivation.
- Knowledge on Commercial terms, Incoterms, Contracts and Taxation & Duties.
- Knowledge on Safety, Health, Environment and Quality.
