Head Sales & Marketing (Domestic & International)
Role:
Strategic Marketing Leader with a vision of driving the organizations growth strategy in increasing the topline from Rs. 500 Crores to Rs. 1000 with a primary focus of USA Sales (OEM/ Tier-1 /2)/ Client Acquisitions and also drive domestic sales.
Reporting - To MD
Location - NCR
Team Size - 4- 5 Talents (Middle/ Jr Mgmts.)
Experience in -Domestic and International Sales (Export).
Responsibilities :
- Drive the strategic vision with a clear focus to build new Auto OEM clients beyond the existing ones in domestic and international market.
- Specific focus to developing strategies and drive growth in the US MARKET by acquiring new customer and increasing the revenue share / ebita from export sales.
- Work with Indian customers including but not limited to MSIL, M&M, TML and Other Tier-1 clients to increase SOB and profitability.
- Continuously monitor market trends and analyze competitive landscapes, providing insights and recommendations to maintain our competitive edge.
- P/L responsibility to ensure financial success. Manage financial aspects with precision and care to guarantee the financial health and success of the organization.
- Work along with cross functional peers and demonstrate the maturity and leadership to ensure achieving companies objectives.
- It will be your responsibility to work with the MD and the CFT team members to convince them on the deal structuring and be able to present the profitability to them for the deals and relationships brought by you.
Experience required :
- Should be an engineer preferably a Post graduate with minimum 15-20 years' experience.
- Mandatory for this role would be that the talent has experience of adding new clients from: USA - OEM's, Tier -1/ 2 customers, Additionally new sales from European OEM, TIer-1/2.
- Experience in Domestic Sales to Auto OEM clients like MSIL, TML, M&M and other Tier -1 clients as a part of their sub-assemblies is also essential for this role.
- Hands on experience of After Market Sales in USA and European Geographies would be a huge advantage for this role and is also essential for this role.
- Exposure to the US Markets: experience in conducting business in the US markets, which may involve understanding market trends, regulations, and customer preferences in these regions.
- Should have excellent communication and presentation skills
- Willing to travel extensively to US and European markets for bringing new clients is essential to this role.
