Head - Sales & Marketing - Digital

ROLE PURPOSE

Sales Director is responsible for building, managing & delivering higher revenue growth for the client.

REPORTS TO:-CEO

EXPERIENCE:- 10-15 years in sales, with 5 plus years purely in handling sales/ reservations in a large hotel handling the role independently

QUALIFICATION MBA from a premier institute of marketing (tier 1 / Tier 2) (Preferred)

KRA- S

1. Responsible for conceptualizing and planning the sales & reservations strategy for the client

2. Maintaining and enhancing relationship with Partners, Agency & Clients

3. Pitching & Acquiring new business across the markets in India & Abroad.

4. Responsible for generating revenue.

5. Managing and delivering key campaign expectations for the CEO

6. Managing, mentoring, leading & training sales team for better performance.

7. Preparing presentations, solutions and key offerings for new and existing clients to enhance the business

8. Should have handled sales target of Rs. 1to 2 Cr or more for more than 2 years on any digital Platform

9. Should have handled a minimum team size of 3 members

10. Should have a passion to work in a start-up & increase the revenue five-fold over the next two years
