Head - Sales/Marketing & Customer Care - Real Estate

- The candidate has to be a seasoned Sales and Marketing professional with a demonstrated history of working in the real estate industry, leading Sales, Marketing and Customer Care Teams to achieve sales revenue and well as ensure customer satisfaction.

- The candidate should have strong capabilities in Sales Revenue Achievement, Marketing Management, Business Planning, Retail, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM). The candidate needs to have experience in sales and marketing of residential as well as commercial real estate projects.

Requirements and skills :

- The candidate must be an MBA (Marketing) from reputed college.

- The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience, with atleast 5 years experience in managing Sales, Marketing & Customer Care teams in Real Estate Organizations

- Candidates should have hands-on experience on commercials launches of residential and commercial projects, using various sales channels (direct, channel, online), anchoring research & consumer insights, exposure to brand management practices, proven marketing strategy execution capabilities.

- Candidate should have handled large marketing budgets, with knowledge of print and online media.

- Candidate should have worked in NCR markets
