1. Develop business though the Key Accounts and Institutional (Govt Bodies / Municipal Corporations / etc.) Customers. Handling Pan India Sales.

2. Make strategies, actions plan to assist the Regions and Branches for acquisition of Competition Customers

3. Provide additional support for ensuring customer satisfaction for Key Accounts / Institutional Customers.

4. Assist Regions / Branches by coordinating with Plants / Customer Support Dept. / Spare Parts Dept. for speeding up after-sales issues.

5. Develop Customer Engagement strategies / Programmes, especially for Key Accounts & Institutional Customers - like Customer Meets, Plant Visit, Overseas Plant Visits, additional privileges, value added customer support plans, etc.
