Head - Sales & Marketing - Co-Living Startup - IIM/MDI/ISB/FMS

About the company:

Our client is a first mover & market leader in fully managed co-living spaces. It is founded by alumni of IIT, AIIMS, ISB & IIM and funded by a Tier-I VC firms. With a highly energetic, enthusiastic and creative team of over 150 people, the company has grown by leaps and bounds (over 200% YOY!) within a short span of time and is present across Bangalore, Pune, Kota, Chennai & Delhi/NCR.

They are currently looking for a Head - Sales & Marketing who will be a key force to take the organizational growth to the next orbit.

The incumbent will be

1. a hardcore Sales Leader with expertise in inculcating the right processes and driving the sales team to deliver on targets.

2. responsible for countrywide sales & marketing

2. managing a team of 25 inside sales & 15 field sales people

3. required to have a deep understanding of how online/offline marketing machinery can be leveraged to drive conversions.

4. from a Tier 1 MBA school

This position reports to the CEO.
