Responsible for handling complete Sales & Marketing for a start up
Should be good in handling Business Planning, Complete P&L,
Marketing & Sales Plans/ Budgeting and executing the same on PAN India basis.
Responsible for achieving Top Line, Bottom Line, Motivation and Retention of Field Staff will be your KRA.
Forecasting accuracy for Sales and Inventory planning/control
Should have experience in new product launch,
Experience in Man Management, Strategy Planning and Implementation of Strategies & Business Development.
Experience:
Should have experience of min 10-15 years and a proven track record in sales with a stint as NSM (ideally) for all India level (age 40-50)
