About Client: A Leading chain Manufacturing company.

Location - Chennai.
Roles and Responsibility:
1. Identify and pursue profitable business opportunities in both domestic and international markets by maintaining ongoing engagement with customers to ensure alignment with long-term business goals.
2. Take responsibility for acquiring new business from both existing and potential customers in the domestic market, serving as the liaison between the company and the customer. This includes managing the process from sample development and providing timely samples to overseeing the transition from PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) to SOP (Start of Production), and understanding customer expectations to achieve organizational objectives.
3. Analyze the customer base and explore opportunities for horizontal deployment of existing fine blanking capabilities to boost sales as part of a resource optimization strategy.
4. Ensure that all customer technical discussions, visits, and audits meet both customer and organizational requirements.
5. Generate new business opportunities by establishing contacts through cold calling and LinkedIn, focusing on acquiring new customers and obtaining RFQs (Requests for Quotation).
6. Increase business share with key customers by ensuring timely availability of parts, maintaining zero quality defects, and offering competitive pricing.
7. Visit suppliers, identify new suppliers, and finalize techno-commercial terms in coordination with the strategic sourcing team to reduce reliance on single sources and achieve cost savings.
8. Work with the finance team to ensure timely steel price settlements with customers, avoiding cost price lag and protecting profitability through continuous follow-ups.
9. Achieve sales targets for existing products by focusing on key customers, monitoring their QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) parameters, and ensuring customer satisfaction through regular visits.
10. Reduce working capital by ensuring timely payment receipts, decreasing credit days, and reducing finished goods inventory days to enhance profitability.
