1. Responsible for the agrochemicals intermediates portfolio at AIL (value ~INR 1500 cr for FY23)
2. Responsible for implementing budgeted sales. Key territories = US, Europe, China and India
3. Build relations with industry customers to ensure continuous product feedback and leverage support to promote industry and Aarti's market leadership
4. Ensure budgeted sales volumes happen as per target pricing; customer wise segmentation
5. Cover customers at a Global level. Establish strategic relationship with the top agrochemical companies
6. Share inputs for Market Intelligence with Business team as well as projected Sales Volume Forecasts; pricing trends and inputs for Product Mix
7. To increase the sales - Agent/ Distributor and Direct Customer Management
8. To look at new Market and new customer development
9. Logistics / Supply Chain Interaction and Optimization
10. Check customer accounts and ensure appropriate payment terms; responsible to ensure no bad debts
